At Booty Babez, we offer a specialized glute-building and strengthening program crafted with your safety, empowerment, and sense of community in mind. Our mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals while providing a supportive and motivating environment where you can thrive. You only need to dedicate less than 2 hours per week to see results with our Booty Babez classes, featuring Workout 'A' on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and Workout 'B' on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Our structured format ensures you have ample time to complete both working and warm-up sets, maximizing each session’s effectiveness while maintaining a manageable workout duration.
- Duration: Each session is just under an hour
- Structure: Engage in 6 Glute Groups (GG) per session
- GG Duration: Each GG is 6 minutes long
- Transition Time: Enjoy 2-minute transitions between GGs
- Target Areas: Every GG is meticulously designed to target specific parts of the glutes and the posterior chain, ensuring comprehensive muscle enhancement and toning.
